Leo Whitt

Leo has served in senior management positions for a number of private equity-backed portfolio companies in the healthcare and technology industries. He was a principal for Alix Partners, a leading restructuring firm, and joins Baird to manage the Business Owner Solutions service advising middle-market businesses and their owners on business transitions, valuations and M&A transactions, through a tailored process which ensures the business transition achieves the goals and objectives of our clients.

Leo earned a BS in economics from the University of Louisville and his MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
